Performance Management
The Department of the Army has established an online National Security Personnel System (NSPS) Pay Pools Knowledge Center. The Army Knowledge Online (AKO) Center provides a venue to quickly disseminate instructions or processing information to the pay pool administrators and alternates. The center primarily provides technical, in-the-weeds type of information. The Transition Managers will continue to receive policy information. We will also continue to use the NSPS web pages on Civilian Personnel Online as our primary vehicle for sharing NSPS documents and information.
