The Library of Congress seeks to engage all Americans in learning their nation's history through its online resources. In a partnership with the Advertising Council (www.adcouncil.org), the Library has launched an advertising campaign that incorporates historical facts into comical situations and shows how knowing fascinating facts about American history can be fun. The spots encourage all adults to visit the Library of Congress Web site at www.loc.gov where an easy-to-use portal, called "Wise Guide," introduces them to historical highlights and fascinating facts from the Library's collections.
