Mission:
|
The Inspector General (IG) determines the state of economy, efficiency, discipline, morale, esprit de corps and readiness, of units and personnel within the North Atlantic Regional Command (NARMC), and the Walter Reed Health Care System (WRHCS.) The IG is an extension of the commander; his or her eyes, ears and conscience, and a confidential advisor and fact finder. The full service IG office provides the NARMC commander and tenant commanders/directors a continuous objective assessment of the operational, administrative and logistical effectiveness of the command.

The NARMC IG has direct access to the Commanding General and must be accessible to all NARMC subordinate commanders
