CADIG's main function is to support the electronic classrooms and central systems for midshipmen courses and academic projects. CADIG also supports some general faculty, research and administrative efforts, as well as, providing some special support services.   

The support provided for the electronic classrooms and central systems include Application Software, Operating Systems, Workstations, File and Compute Servers, Print Servers, and Specialized Peripheral Devices.
