HealthierUS School Challenge Award

KETTERING, OH, Oct. 16, 2008 – (1) FNS Associate Administrator Eric Steiner presented a certificate to Louise Easterly, Kettering City Schools Food and Nutrition Supervisor, for her outstanding efforts to serve healthier school lunches and help the Kettering schools meet the HealthierUS School Challenge. Steiner presented seven HUSSC awards (four Silver and three Bronze level) to the Kettering schools.  (2) Power Panther tries to swipe a carton of milk from a student’s lunch tray.
