The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has prepared a draft biological opinion for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. It covers the current operation of the Missouri River main stem dams and reservoirs, the navigation and bank stabilization project from Sioux City, Iowa, to the mouth, and the operation of the Kansas River projects by the Army Corps of Engineers.
