The Writing Center
The Writing Center is a service of the Department of English designed to help you improve your writing skills. We will work with you individually to help you solve your writing problems and answer your questions--whether you are a plebe working on an essay or an upperclassman writing a lab report, application, or letter. In other words, no matter what writing assistance you need, we can help.
We will help you with any step of the writing process, from brainstorming to polishing the final draft. In addition to regular essays, we will be happy to help you with letters of application, scientific abstracts, your own short stories--any kind of writing is welcome.
