Funding Strategy: Fiscal Year 2009
Operating Under a Continuing Resolution
The NIH is operating under a Continuing Resolution until March 6, 2009. In the absence of an appropriation, NCCAM is operating at the FY 2008 budget level of $121.5 million. Once NCCAM receives its appropriation from Congress, the FY 2009 funding strategy will be developed.
