Mission Statement
Provides leadership in quality process management; technology transfer; and the development and maintenance of technical core competencies within engineering, construction, HTRW, and real estate functions. Exercises overall responsibility for directing and managing the division real estate program, including the appraisal, acquisition, management and disposal, and planning and control technical areas encompassing real estate activities for DA and DOD, and the military, civil, HTRW and IIS programs within the NWD geographic region. Provides overall direction, staff management and programs management of the military construction, HTRW, and IIS programs. Provides direction and leadership and exercises overall responsibility for the division dam safety program. Provides assistance as required to the Civil Works and Management Directorate.
