  • Common Origination and Disbursement (COD)

    Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) is a streamlined method for processing, storing, and reconciling Academic Competitiveness Grant (ACG), National Science and Mathematics Access To Retain Talent Grant (National SMART Grant), Federal Pell Grant (Pell Grant), Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education Grant (TEACH Grant), and William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) financial aid data. The COD Web site allows Financial Aid Administrators, servicers, or other officials to perform a variety of functions related to student/award/disbursement data for the ACG, National SMART, Pell Grant, TEACH Grant, and Direct Loan Programs.

  • Direct Loans

    The Direct Loan Web site provides Direct Loan Program information for borrowers, parents, and the school financial aid community. The site features current publications and MPN documents for schools; information, publications, and an interactive repayment calculator for borrowers and parents; and links to related Direct Loan Web sites such as Direct Loan Servicing and the Direct Loan Electronic MPN.

  • Direct Loan Electronic Master Promissory Note (MPN)

    This Web site is for completing a Direct Loan electronic Master Promissory Note (MPN) for student Subsidized, Unsubsidized and/or Graduate PLUS loans taken out to pay for a student's own education, or for parent PLUS loans taken out to pay for a child's education.

  • Direct Loan Servicing Online for Schools

    This Web site provides Direct Loan school Financial Aid Offices with resources and reports designed to help effectively manage the schoolís Direct Loan Program and with the ability to lookup borrower account information.

  • e-Campus-Based (eCB)

    This site contains the "Fiscal Operations Report and Application to Participate (FISAP)" for the three Campus-Based programs: Federal Perkins Loan, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG), and Federal Work-Study (FWS). In addition, this site allows users to access Campus-Based account data and view reports. For information on the eCampus-Based system and instructions for completing the FISAP, users can go to the FISAP Tutorial located on the welcome page of eCB.

  • TEACH Grant Agreement to Serve (ATS)

    This Web site is for completing an electronic Agreement to Serve (ATS) in order to receive one or more Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education Grants with the same school year to pay for an eligible student's education.

  • Teacher Cancellation Low Income Directory

    This directory allows post-secondary institutions to determine whether or not a teacher who received a Federal Perkins Loan, Direct Loan, or Federal Family Education Loan at their school is eligible to receive a loan cancellation as provided under Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965.
