“Foreign investment in the United States strengthens our economy, improves productivity, creates good jobs, and spurs healthy competition. Americans have prospered as foreign companies have put their money to work here." - Secretary Henry M. Paulson Jr., May 10, 2007

Keeping Our Economy Growing Also Requires Opening Markets And Expanding Trade.

Every time we break down barriers to trade and investment, we open up new markets for American ranchers, farmers, workers, and entrepreneurs. In keeping our economy open, America enjoys lower prices, better jobs, and increased productivity.
