| Montreal, 17/01/2007 – You are invited to join North American leaders in the fields of architecture, construction, real estate development, government policy and academia at a public workshop on green building, 20-21 February, in Mexico City.
This event is intended to provide public input to a CEC Secretariat report to be presented to top environmental officials for Canada, Mexico and the United States. The report’s recommendations will be informed by its key findings, background papers by green building experts, advice from a distinguished international advisory group, and consultation with the public.
This public workshop will allow you to engage our international speakers and other participants on ways to improve sustainable building practices throughout North America.
Nonprofit organizations and individuals may request limited financial assistance to attend the workshop by preregistering for the event. A request to receive financial assistance is limited to one person per organization, and must be received by 31 January 2007.
