CEC Secretariat notifies Council of the withdrawal of the Ex Hacienda El Hospital submission

 
Montreal, 9/06/2006 – On 8 June 2006, the Secretariat of the Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC) issued a notification informing the CEC Council of the Submitters’ withdrawal of submission SEM-06-001 (Ex Hacienda El Hospital).

Under section 14.1 of the Guidelines for Submissions on Enforcement Matters, the Secretariat has terminated the process on this submission.
