SABER, the Statistical Analysis Battery for Epidemiological Research, is an
interactive, easy-to-use DOS application for performing the following epidemiological
analysis tasks:
Estimation/testing
Sample size/power
Probability distributions
Mathematics/combinatorics
Data description
To install SABER, click
on "Download" and save the self-extracting zip file to your hard
drive. When you run SABERZip.exe, it will create the necessary
directories (c:\saber\user) on your c: drive. To run it, run
c:\saber\saber.exe, using Explorer (Windows 95, 98, NT), or File Manager
(Windows 3.1) or using the Run option from the Start button. For
easier execution, you can drag this file to your desktop to create an
icon.
