CMS' MEDICARE AND MEDICAID PROGRAMS FREEDOM OF INFORMATION GUIDELINES, Federal Register Notice, Vol. 55, No 2401, dated Thursday, December 13, 1990. The Federal Register Notice clarifies CMS' guidelines concerning expedited processing of a FOIA request.
