Cadet Interagency Counterterrorism Program

The Interagency Counterterrorism Program provides cadets with a powerful way to apply the concepts they've been discussing in class. Each semester, cadets in the Terrorism Studies class, accompanied by General (Retired)Downing take a two-day trip to Washington, D.C. to meet with senior policymakers.

This semester, cadets had the chance to meet with Vice President Cheney. They asked him a variety of questions related to US counterterrorism policy and the future of the terrorist threat.
