The Safety and Occupational Health Office commits to integrating safety into all management and work practices and encourages District and contract personnel to administer programs and processes while protecting the worker, public, and environment. The Safety and Occupational Health Office serves as staff advisor and technical consultant to the Portland District Commander and NWP staff members.
