A seagull flies over the California Coastal National Monument which stretches along the entire coast of California and extends 12 miles into the Pacific Ocean.  The Monument includes 20,000 rocks, islands, pinnacles and reefs.

From I-5 (coming from the north):

Exit Interstate 80 East and proceed to Watt Avenue South.  Exit Watt Avenue South and proceed to Cottage Way. Turn right on Cottage Way.

From I-5 (coming from the south):

Exit Highway 50 East and proceed to Watt Avenue North.   Exit Watt Avenue North and proceed to Cottage Way. Turn left on Cottage Way.

From Highway 99:

Exit Highway 50 East and proceed to Watt Avenue North.  Exit Watt Avenue North and proceed to Cottage Way. Turn left on Cottage Way.

From I-80 or Business 80 (also known as Capital City Freeway):

Exit Watt Avenue South and proceed to Cottage Way.   Turn right on Cottage Way.

From Highway 50:

Exit Watt Avenue North and proceed on Watt Avenue to Cottage Way.   Turn left on Cottage Way.

From Downtown Sacramento:

Use 16th Street North which merges into Hwy 160.   Exit Arden Way East and proceed on Arden Way to Fulton Avenue.  Turn left on Fulton Avenue.  Proceed to Cottage Way. Turn right on Cottage Way.
