SAINT PAUL, MINN. – Exactly 10,382 vessels and 4,732,120 tons of cargo passed through Lock and Dam 3 in Red Wing, Minn., during the 2008 navigation season from April 11-Nov. 25. The MV Anna Louise was the last tow to pass through Nov. 25.

Of these vessels, 781 were commercial, 9,574 were recreational and 27 were of the other category, such as government watercraft.
