Federal Government Requests for Information Designated 'For Official Use Only'

While Federal Government personnel (from .mil and .gov domains) are not required to file an official Freedom of Information Act request, we are required to obtain justification prior to release of ‘For Official Use Only’ material.  Please provide the following information to Auditnet, including:

• Name
• Organization
• Mailing address, phone number, and email address
• Detailed description of requested information (title, report no., project no., etc.)
• Explanation of official need for the information

You may send the request to Auditnet by any of the following methods.

By Email from a .mil or .gov address (signed memo not required), To:  Auditnet@dodig.mil - We cannot send FOUO to contractor employees.
