Access to Care:
Who: TriCare Prime, Active Duty, Retirees, and their Family Members (WRAMC non-beneficiary civilians may observe classes)
How: Obtain referral consult by your Healthcare Provider or do a self-referral. Contact Wellness Services to determine the appropriate provider to best suit your needs.

Wellness Services provides individual and group health education programs ranging from nutrition, tobacco cessation, stress management, exercise, fitness, disease management, along with other health/wellness awareness programs that will enhance lifestyle changes and create environments that support good health practices.
