Distance Learning |
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) offers E-School (distance learning courses) and E-Classroom (distributed learning courses) and activities to its students and educators throughout the world. Information is available on how to sign up for courses, criteria for success, late work policies, and more.
Distance Learning
DoDEA educators develop and teach DoDEA high school courses that are delivered via Distance Learning (DL). In Distance Learning, the teacher is not in the classroom with the students. Both teachers and students are located in schools throughout DoDEA.
Distributed
Learning
In Distributed Learning courses, local teachers use Distance Learning
computer based modules to teach students in their schools. |
|
In
Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific, E-School
and E-Classroom afford the opportunity for students and teachers to
take courses that may otherwise not be available to them. |
