Regulatory Flexibility Analysis

The DoD has amended the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and added policy pertaining to package marking with passive radio frequency identification (RFID) tags. Theses changes require contractors (if required by their contract) to affix passive RFID tags in accordance with the plan at http://www.acq.osd.mil/log/rfid/implementation_plan.htm.
