Picture This: Joseph Cornell Docent Training
November 17, 2006

Exhibition curator Lynda Hartigan leads a training session for docents in the galleries of our Joseph Cornell exhibition (opening today).

Cornell is known for his glass-paned boxes filled with intricate three-dimensional collages. This picture made me realize that we've created a kind of big Cornell box to be filled with intricate three-dimensional visitors.

Lynda gives a talk about the exhibition at 3pm on Saturday, November 18, 2006. (Make sure you check the link for any last-minute updates.) The docents give highlights tours at noon and 2pm daily.
