Start Programs, or those in specific geographical locations.
Head Start Programs listed in the search tool are geared
for different ages and populations of children. Head Start
refers to programs geared for children 3-5 years of age.
Early Head Start refers to programs geared for children
0-3 years of age. Migrant Head Start refers to those programs
designed for children, 0-5 years, of migrant and seasonal
worker families. And American Indian Alaskan Native Head
Start address the specific needs of children, 0-5 years
of age, from these populations.
Contact the listed programs closest to your community
even if they are some distance away. These are the main
program offices that can tell you if there is a Head Start
center in your area. Many of the organizations operate
additional Head Start centers that are not listed.

Second, select the states or territories where you would
like to find a Head Start Program, from the "State" box.
Third, select how you would like your results to be
sorted.
