How to becoming an electronic filer with the Texas Western Bankruptcy Court.

1. Insure you have the necessary personal computer hardware and software components and an internet service provider with a high speed connection.

2. Read the Administrative Procedures for Filing, Signing and Verifying Pleadings and Papers by Electronic Means.

3. Complete the appropriate registration form(attorney or creditor filer) and mail the original to the address on the form.
