Mission
The mission of the Equal Employment Opportunity Office is to manage
and direct the Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Employment
Program for the SWG Commander. Also, the office manages the EEO
complaints processing system to ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements. Further more, it monitors and assesses the climate of SWG
activities to ensure that the human resources management of civilians
complies with EEO/affirmative employment principles and requirements.
Lastly, the EEO Office assists in the accomplishment of the overall SWG
mission.
