4: Candidate Kit
Candidate Questionnaires are reviewed by the Admissions Office. Candidates who pass the initial screening will receive additional application instructions as well as scheduling instructions for their physical fitness test. Medical examinations will be scheduled as candidates become competitive for offers of admission. Candidates who do not pass the initial screening will be notified. The additional application instructions and forms are online to help track your progress through the application process. Promptly complete these forms and the requirements for the Department of Defense Medical Examination Review Board.
