DDESS Area Service Center Fiscal Division - TravelTravelDDESS utilizes the Defense Travel System (DTS) that allows for electronic routing and approval of travel orders. The Fiscal Division assists employees and supervisors with using DTS. We also provide assistance and forward updated information to the districts concerning the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR), which provides guidance on Temporary Duty Assignments and Permanent Change of Station for DDESS employees.
