        Registering Requirements

CCR Information
All vendors wishing to do business with the Mobile District, Corps of Engineers, must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR).  Procedures for registration may be found on the Central Contractor Registration home page at http://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil.

SDB Certification
Small and Disadvantaged Businesses must be certified by the Small Business Administration in order to obtain an evaluation adjustment for competitive acquisitions over the simplified acquisition threshold.  More information may be found on the Small Business Administration home page at http://www.sba.gov.

PRO-Net
PRO-Net is a web database of information on small, disadvantaged, 8(a) and women-owned businesses. It is free to federal and state government agencies as well as prime and other contractors seeking small business contractors, subcontractors and/or partnership opportunities.  PRO-Net is open to all small firms seeking federal, state and private contracts.  The U.S. Small Business Administration Procurement Marketers and Access Network is on the web at http://dsbs.sba.gov/pro-net/dsp_dsbs.cfm.
