The Equal Employment (EE) Office administers a comprehensive
Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Mobile District. It is our policy to provide EEO for
all persons, prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex,
national origin, age, disability, or
reprisal. The EE Office provides direction in
the development and implementation of the District and Region’s Affirmative
Employment Program (AEP) Plans, provides EEO discrimination complaint
counseling services, and administers and fully supports the Alternative Dispute
Resolution (ADR) program and Special Emphasis Programs (SEPs).
