- Provides Repair And Technical Support For All DoDDS-E Owned Wind Instruments. (Stringed And Percussion Instruments When Economically Feasible) There Are Approximately 8000 Wind Instruments In More Than 50 Schools With Instrumental Music Programs Throughout Europe.
- Offers Centralized Procurement For All Wind Instruments Through Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA's), To Insure That Only Good Quality Student Line Instruments Are Purchased By DoDDS-E.
- Maintains a Stock Of Student Line And Professional Quality Musical Instruments To Provide A Direct Exchange Program When Applicable.
- Provides Training To Music Teachers And Students On Preventative Maintenance And Minor Repairs Of Musical Instruments. Training Materials Include Toolkits And CD's With Step-By-Step Instructions And Video Clips Of Each Repair Procedure.
- Provides On-Site Repair Support At Instrumental Music Festivals.
