Evaluation Of Electronic Modification (ELMO) Of Child Support Orders (http://www.csed.state.ak.us/Publications/FinalReport.PDF) The State of Alaska Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement Division
(CSED) received a grant in 1997 from the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) to develop and test a more efficient method of reviewing and adjusting child support award amounts. Alaska's CSED director, Barbara Miklos, was presented the Commissioner's Award for Effective Problem Solving through Automation. The recognition was based on Alaska's electronic modification program referred to as ELMO.
