-- S.P. Schilling, S. Doelger, W.E. Scott, T.C. Pierson, J.E. Costa, C.A. Gardner, J.W. Vallance, and J.J. Major, 2008,
Digital Data for Volcano Hazards of the Mount Hood Region, Oregon: U.S. Geological Survey Open-File Report 2007-1222.

This data release contains the geographic information system (GIS) data layers used to produce the Mount Hood volcano hazard map in USGS Open-File Report 97-89. Both proximal and distal hazard zones were delineated by scientists at the Cascades Volcano Observatory and depict various volcano hazard areas around the mountain. A second data layer contains points that indicate estimated travel times of lahars. -- Schilling, et.al., 2008
