Program Assessment Rating Tool (PART) Report

The Office of Management and Budget evaluates federal agency program performance through the PART process by reviewing and rating four areas: 1) Program Purpose and Design; 2) Strategic Planning; 3) Program management; and 4) Program Results and Accountability. Programs earn one of five ratings: Effective, Moderately Effective, Adequate, Ineffective, or Results Not Demonstrated. The BBG has consistently received very high ratings, with "Effective" as the majority.

Results of all PART evaluations are available to the public at www.expectmore.gov.
