I pay regularly, but my tax refund is being offset. What can I do?

States are required to submit cases for federal tax offset that meet the criteria described at
http://www.acf.dhhs.gov/programs/cse/fct/cstrop.htm
If you believe you have been submitted in error, get in touch with the State contact on the notice you received informing you your case had been submitted. State CSE agency telephone numbers and addresses are at:
