The Plains Art Museum in North Dakota received a Smithsonian Community Grant in 2006. The Grant, awarded in conjunction with The Art of the Stamp exhibition, allowed museum members to tap into their inner-artist! Here, stamp artist John Berkey (represented in the exhibit) talks to a crowd of 70.
