Seattle Regional Office Roles and Contacts
Working with the regional programs, the Office of Grants Management in Region 10 performs the following:
- Serves as the regional focus in carrying out grants administration
- Directs the ACF grants work in the region and ensures compliance with applicable statutes, regulations and policies as they relate to fiscal issues
- Serves as receipt point for all grant applications (SF 424), budget revisions, Program Progress Reports and audit responses
- Processes ACF grant actions for discretionary, formula and block grants
- Resolves audit findings
- Provides technical assistance to ACF grantees and program staff in Region 10 on grants management issues
- Interprets financial policy, regulations and legislation
- Oversees the analysis of required financial reports
- Performs on-site financial reviews
