Human Resources Division - Classification and Compensation
HR Specialists working with classification and compensation
support DDESS by:
- Developing and administering the full range of DDESS
compensation, position management, and classification policies,
procedures, and programs needed to attract, recruit, retain,
and fairly compensate a well-qualified work force.
- Ensuring
consistency in classification and compensation while
maintaining an effective and efficient workforce
- Providing
high quality advice, guidance, and assistance on the
full range of compensation, position management, and
classification issues to educators, educational administrators,
and support staff.
- Effecting day-to-day operating actions
in an accurate, timely, and responsive manner, while
modeling the highest order of professional courtesy to
its internal and external customers.
