Regulatory Review Disclosure

In accordance with Executive Order 12866 disclosure provisions, the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) makes available at this website and the OMB website at www.whitehouse.gov/omb/inforeg/regpol.html a list of all rules undergoing OIRA EO 12866 regulatory review, updated daily; a list of all rules on which review has been concluded in the past 30 days; lists and statistics on regulatory reviews dating back to 1981; and letters to agencies regarding regulatory actions.

Executive Order 12866 also requires OIRA to disclose all substantive communications with any party outside the Executive Branch concerning regulations under review. If the OIRA Administrator, or his designee, meets with outside parties regarding a rule under EO 12866 regulatory review, OIRA discloses the subject, date, and participants of the meeting at www.whitehouse.gov/omb/oira.
