End users are permitted to use these data sets for their own internal use, including derivative work, but are prohibited from using and redistributing these data individually or in a derivative work to third parties. (It is available on the CD-ROM or download and install the Adobe(R) Reader version 3.0 or greater. The reader is available at no charge from Adobe Systems.
