DoD J1 Visa Waiver Program
AT&L serves as the authority to support or deny waivers based on potential contribution to RDT&E work in defense labs, universities and defense industry.
Requirements for waiver submission:
- Performing research in support of DoD contract with civilian/defense industry
- Performing research at one of DoD labs or research centers; Walter Reed, USUHS, etc
