GBrowse<\a>. GBrowse, developed by the GMOD group, is a Genome Browser that provides a wealth of genome annotation for maps in the GrainGenes collection. Wheat Binmap
Viewer. A graphical interface to the wheat ESTs mapped in Chinese
Spring deletion lines, with their likely functions from BLAST against GenBank
protein and nonredundant nucleotide databases. A quick reference to relative
positions in rice is also provided.
