(Assistance to State and local governments and certain private nonprofit organizations for the repair or replacement of disaster-damaged facilities):
Coconino, Gila, Mohave, Navajo, and Yavapai Counties; the Hopi Tribal Nation, and the portion of the Navajo Tribal Nation within the State of Arizona. Direct Federal assistance is authorized, if warranted.
Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
(Assistance to State and local governments and certain private nonprofit organizations for actions taken to prevent or reduce long term risk to life and property from natural hazards):
Apache, Coconino, Gila, Mohave, Navajo, and Yavapai Counties; the Hopi Tribal Nation, and the portion of the Navajo Tribal Nation within the State of Arizona are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.

Additional designations may be made at a later date after further evaluation.
