- FEMA Emergency Management Higher Education Project
The principal goal of FEMA’s Emergency Management Higher Education Project is to enhance the professionalism and abilities of the next generation of hazards and emergency managers through solid college-based emergency management education programs.
The Hi Ed Project website contains free downloadable college courses, textbooks and materials, a college list containing all the emergency management, homeland security and related programs that we are aware of and a myriad of other pertinent information. Users can sign up for daily Higher Education Activity Reports by following the instructions on the home page.
