A unique mission mapping & tracking capability assures the highest level of efficiency, coverage and accountability for a Task Force responsibility for an area of up to a 500+ sq. miles. At Type I level of deployment, the Task Force can help manage and re-supply up to 20 Points of Distributions (POD), in a unique reversal, to deliver services to an impacted population of up to 250,000+ who are stranded and unable to travel to the relief centers. The Task Force specializes in merging functions in a local/state/federal command which combines military, civilian, and unaffiliated volunteers into a viable, self-supporting, mission directed, reactionary Task Force under Title 32. The Task Force also provides staffing, support, and trucking for re-supply for up to 20 PODS and staffing for major intersection support officers to avoid post-disaster gridlock on arterial roads. The diverse Task Force also can staff large, debris clearing teams for first-pass, large-scale public facilities. The team model, which already has been utilized in a variety of complex, large scale, disasters, combines various emergency service functions into a diverse, Mass Care, operational & logistic task force. All team members are criminal background checked by the appropriate State Law Enforcement Agency & are properly credentialed. Task Force officers are trained in post-disaster operations, including a minimum of ICS 100 & 200 certifications, as well as operational training in unique, combined GPS/radio mapping and tracking mission work.
