Of Interest: Happy New Year

Happy New Year

The beginning of 2009 is the perfect time for you to make resolutions for a healthy new year.  Small changes can make a very big difference.  Get active and eat right!  Just taking a few extra steps a day can make a big difference.

Commit to eating right, exercising, getting a good night’s sleep and enjoying a healthy lifestyle.  If you’re a smoker, make this the year you quit smoking.  Find a resolution friend and encourage each other to keep your resolution.  Have a happy healthy New Year!
