On November 23, 2008, The New York Times, published an editorial entitled, “Eight Years Is More Than Enough.”

They are entitled to their own opinion but they are not entitled to their own facts.

A line in the editorial reads:  “At the Interior Department, six senior managers were brazenly burrowed as a package.”

There is no truth to this statement.  The only employees moved into any job at the Department of the Interior were career Senior Executive Service employees.
