Hafa Adai and Welcome to the Guam Homeland Security/ Office of Civil Defense website.  The Administration will use this digital portal to share news and information from the Government of Guam’s Executive Branch and other governmental agencies. Moreover, it is designed to give the people of Guam and our visitors instant access to information regarding emergency preparation, planning, response, recovery and mitigation for all kinds of disasters.  

This website also provides links to other Guam websites that allow you to learn more about our rich culture and heritage as well as provide a future outlook of the island and the surrounding Pacific Island nations.
