Counties Declared and Types of Assistance as of December February 7, 2002:
Alfalfa, Beaver, Beckham, Blaine, Caddo, Canadian, Cimarron, Custer, Dewey,
Ellis, Garfield, Grant, Harper, Kay, Kingfisher, Logan, Major, Noble, 
Oklahoma, Osage, Pawnee, Payne, Roger Mills, Texas, Washington, Washita, 
Woods and Woodward eligible Individual Assistance and Public Assistance 
Categories A (Debris Removal) and B (Emergency Protective Measures), including 
direct Federal assistance at 75 per cent Federal funding.  In addition, all 
counties in the state are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard 
Mitigation Grant Program. 

Grady, Greer, Jackson, and Kiowa for Public Assistance (already designated 
for Individual Assistance).


Alfalfa, Beckham, Blaine, Caddo, Canadian, Custer, Dewey, Garfield, Grant, 
Kay, Kingfisher, Logan, Major, Noble, Oklahoma, Osage, Pawnee, Payne, 
Roger Mills, Washington, Washita, and Woodward Counties for Categories 
C through G under Public Assistance (already designated for Individual 
Assistance and debris removal and emergency protective measures 
(Categories A and B), including direct Federal Assistance at 75 percent 
Federal funding under Public Assistance).

Cleveland, Comanche, Creek, Garvin, Grady, Greer, Harmon, Jackson, 
Kiowa, Lincoln, McClain, Nowata, Pottawatomie, Rogers, Stephens, 
Tillman, and Tulsa Counties for Individual Assistance.

Additional counties may be designated for aid later if requested by the 
state and warranted by the results of further damage assessments.
